Email on smart phones, Blackberries and such, has become prevalent over the last couple years and it has changed the way we communicate. While this can be a great convenience and enhancement to communication, it can also "dumb down" communication and encourage habits that may be counter to your brand, image and professionalism. Frankly, some of these things drive me nuts. How about you?

For quite a while, we've all been struggling with what is actually correct, "web site" or "website". The American Psychological Association, APA, has declared the official and correct term for what you are currently reading is "website". Who cares? I know, but if you really want to have the best footprint possible on the web, you'll want to follow the grammar and writing guidelines of this standard of authority. |
